Job Description:
• Design, code, test, debug, document, and implement software applications
• Monitor application performance, recommend and implement improvements
• Collaborate with internal staff, clients, and IT management on all aspects of an application's life cycle
• Produce quality application documentation including requirements, design, test procedures etc.
• Confer with software project managers to design software system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
• Analyze client needs and make suggestions about suitable solution architecture in accordance with client needs
• Act as a project manager in some modules or sub-projects and lead own sub team
• Provide guidance and direction to junior analyst developers
• Working and analyzing of the deployment and change tracking systems for a global wide running application 
Requirements:
• At least 1 year Siebel experience
• Hands-on experiences with Siebel tools
• Siebel eScript knowledge
• Broad knowledge of Siebel Data Model
• Knowledge of Siebel Configuration, Scripting and Workflow best practices
• Assignment Manager skills
• EIM and/or EAI skills preferred
• Experience with Siebel localization
• Preferred Candidates should have Siebel Certification
• Good knowledge of XML, SOA and Web Services
• Task Based UI Process Development

Responsibilities:
• Provides support and configuration of Siebel CRM.
• Administers, maintains and serves as the technical expert for the Siebel System.
• Plan, manage and implement Siebel upgrades and system modifications.
• Understands changing business needs and recommends strategies for the future.
• Revises program for corrections, enhancements, or system environment changes.
• Coordinates with other programmers about program revisions.
• Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs.
• Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm program meets specifications
• Trains end users or technical support staff to use and support program.
• Reviews and corrects programs.
