History

1999
Arneca was founded in Germany. We saw an opportunity to create a business in Management and Technology Consulting. Today we focus on Management and Technology Consulting in Emerging Markets, East Europe, Middle East and Central Asia, by conveying the experience of west and mature markets. Arneca is primarily leveraging individuals from Emerging Markets with Education and Work Experience in West Europe.

2006
Arneca opened the Middle East branch in 2006 in Dubai that focuses on Customer Relationship Management. 

2008
Arneca opened Turkey branch and moved the headquarters to Istanbul. We established tight relationship with Oracle and IBM to become trusted partner. We excelled in Oracle Technologies including Siebel CRM, Fusion Middleware and EBS. Arneca is one of the few Outsourcing partners of IBM officially in East Europe.

2010
Arneca decided to radically invest in developing new technologies funded by Turkish R&D agencies TUBITAK and KOSGEB. We have expanded our business to Central Asia.
